Ed Aldred has joined the private equity practice at Cleary Gottlieb in London, the firm said Friday.
He served as co-head of the financial sponsor leveraged finance practice at Linklaters, his previous firm, according to Cleary Gottlieb.
“He adds market-leading talent to our European corporate and sponsor-led PE practices and expands and strengthens our capabilities in leverage and event-driven finance,” Michael Gerstenzang, the firm’s managing partner said.
