CoreWeave Founders Have Sold $2.3 Billion in Stock Since IPO (1)

CoreWeave Inc.’s stock price has more than doubled since the AI data center operator’s March 2025 initial public offering. Over the same period, the company’s executives have unloaded more than $2.3 billion worth of their own holdings.

Three of the company’s billionaire co-founders — Michael Intrator, Brannin McBee and Brian Venturo — were behind the bulk of those sales, according to data compiled by Washington Service, which tracks insider buying and selling at US-listed companies.
