Cozen O’Connor Recruits Tax Attorney Drew Barsalou in Florida

Drew Barsalou joined Cozen O’Connor as a member in its private client, trusts, and estates practice in Boca Raton, Fla., the firm announced Tuesday.

Barsalou concentrates his practice on estate and tax planning for high-net-worth families and collaborates with clients, accountants, financial advisers, and attorneys to develop tax-efficient estate and asset protection plans. He designs and drafts estate planning documents including wills, healthcare advance directives, living wills, durable powers of attorney, and various trusts, the firm said.

He joins from Gunster, Yoakley & Stewart.
