Paul Weiss Hires Daniel Zygielbaum as Tax Partner in Washington

Daniel Zygielbaum joined Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison as a partner in its tax department in Washington, DC, the firm announced Monday.

Zygielbaum’s practice focuses on tax planning for investment funds. He regularly advises private equity, real estate, credit, and venture fund sponsors, as well as REITs, sovereign wealth funds, and developers on fund formations, continuation fund transactions, GP-stakes deals, fund recapitalizations, and fund secondary transactions, the firm said.
