Tap Hidden Talent in Your Organization at Our Lunch & Learn

Bloomberg Tax and Bloomberg Law Insights are hosting their latest Lunch & Learn, “How to Tap Hidden Talent in Your Organization,” on March 29 from noon to 1 ET.

In this tight labor market, professionals need tools to identify and cultivate untapped talent in their organization. Companies that succeed at developing internal talent can also apply those lessons to retaining diverse employees.

Find out more about developing the talents of your employees by joining Bloomberg Tax and Bloomberg Law Insights & Commentary teams for a free virtual Lunch & Learn program.

We’ll hear from two talent and DEI leaders at top-tier law firms who will share insights and strategies for building a high-performing team.

Nimesh Patel is chief diversity, equity & inclusion officer at law firm Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld. Patel previously served at the Department of Homeland Security as executive director of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion in the Office of the Chief Human Capital, and also practiced law at two international law firms, and in the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice.

Don Smith is chief talent and inclusion officer at law firm Crowell & Moring, overseeing professional development training and programming, including performance evaluations, mentoring, sponsorship, and coaching. Smith is a member and chair of the Professional Development Consortium Board of Directors, and previously practiced at an international law firm.

You can join us for this free virtual event, no registration required, by signing on here at noon on March 29 or by calling +1 309 205 3325 and entering the meeting ID: 910 3161 5650
