Dominican Republic Tax Agency Issues General Standard on CbC Reporting

The Dominican General Directorate of Internal Revenue Oct. 5 issued General Standard No. 08/21, to clarify the rules for country-by-country (CbC) reporting. The standard includes measures to: 1) require multinational enterprise groups with consolidated annual revenue of 38.8 billion Dominican pesos (US$689 million) or more to file CbC reports; 2) require ultimate parent entities in the Dominican Republic to submit a CbC report within 12 months following the end of a fiscal year; 3) require group entities to disclose the identity and residence of their ultimate parent entities by the last day of the reporting fiscal year; 4) require CbC ...
