An anti-affirmative action group is suing nonprofits behind a micro-lending program that offers interest-free loans to Black-owned small businesses.

The American Alliance for Equal Rights, a legal advocacy group led by conservative activist Edward Blum, claims The Women Foundation’s program racially discriminates against loan applicants in violation of Section 1981 and Equal Credit Opportunity Act.
