Anthology to Bring in Parchment CEO as Executive Chairman

Anthology Inc.is tapping the chief executive officer at Parchment to help steer the education software company upon its emergence from Chapter 11 protection, according to people familiar with the situation.

Matthew Pittinsky will serve as executive chairman to the reorganized company upon its exit, said the people, who asked not to be identified discussing a private matter. Pittinsky is listed as the chief at Parchment, a unit owned by education software provider Instructure.
