Carlyle Provides £230 Million Debt Package to Refinance Suntera

Carlyle’s credit arm is providing a debt package of around £230 million ($305 million) to financial services firm Suntera Global, according to a person with knowledge of the matter.

  • Carlyle said in a statement on Tuesday that it was providing financing, without giving the amount; the fresh funding refinances the company’s existing debt and will help Suntera to grow organically and via acquisitions, it said
