EchoStar Says Gray Blocks DISH Access to 226 Local Channels

EchoStar says Gray Media blacked out its local stations from the DISH TV lineup, including 226 channels in 113 markets.

• Says Gray took that action “after DISH refused to accept unreasonable rate increases that would have raised monthly bills for consumers”
• DISH hopes Gray will return to negotiations, SVP Kevin Covell said
