Panama Pres. Mulino Says ‘Table Clean’ for Copper Mine Talks

Panamanian President Jose Raul Mulino said “the table is clean to start conversations” on the potential resumption of operations at First Quantum’s copper mine after Franco Nevada suspended its arbitration against the Central American country.
