Partners Group to Sell CapeOmega to Ocean Yield, KKR; No Terms

Partners Group has agreed to sell its majority stake in CapeOmega, a low carbon maritime platform, to Ocean Yield and vehicles managed by KKR, according to a statement.

• The transaction is expected to close in 3Q
• NOTE: Partners Group acquired CapeOmega in 2019
