Raízen SA’s dollar bonds jumped after the company disclosed documents that are a part of negotiations tied to its out-of-court restructuring plan, as the Brazilian sugar and fuel company races to finalize a deal.

The documents shared with groups of creditors include forward-looking projections and restructuring terms that are still subject to pending negotiations and approvals, according to a regulatory filing late Wednesday. The information doesn’t represent official company guidance and no official agreement has been reached, the filing reads.
