Risk Asset Mood Is Muddled Amid US Midterm Results: Macro Squawk

S&P 500 futures are a touch firmer as US midterms results trickle in with the prospects of gridlock in US government. The MSCI Asia Pacific index is flat with gains in Australia, Taiwan and South Korea, while Greater China shares retreat. The yen is up near 145.60/USD, with outperformance by KRW and THB. Bitcoin remains under pressure near $18,200. Treasury 10-year yield little changed at 4.14%, Australian yields are lower across the curve. JGB futures slightly higher. WTI crude futures lower around $88.36; gold slips near $1,708.
