Shale Driller YPF Can Withstand Oil Prices at $45, CEO Says

Argentine shale-oil driller YPF SA can continue funding drilling projects even if crude tumbles to $45 a barrel, according to Chief Executive Officer Horacio Marin.

“We’ve created a company that’s resilient to prices of less than $40 a barrel,” he toldInfobae TV on Tuesday. “At $45, we can develop the whole of the Vaca Muerta. Of course we’d make less money, but we wouldn’t lose money.”
