The company known as Prisa, which publishes textbooks and owns newspapers and radios, is having the discussions as part of talks to refinance about €800 million ($865 million) in debt, according to the person, who asked not to be named as the conversations are private. No decision has been made and the capital increase might not happen.
A representative for Prisa declined to comment.
