Fallen solar panel financier Sunnova Energy reached an approximately $35 million settlement with a subsidiary and a lender to transfer thousands of systems.
Lawyers for the parties announced the deal during a late Friday hearing before Judge Alfredo R. Pérez of the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
The judge indicated that he will likely approve the deal as long as the relief it entails is narrow.
