  • Purchase price of $1,002.50 per each $1,000 of securities
• Invitation starts Oct. 23 and, unless extended or earlier terminated, it and withdrawal rights are set to expire at 5 p.m. New York time on Oct. 29
• Settlement of validly tendered and accepted securities to occur on or about Nov. 4
• BofA Securities acting as deal manager in connection with the invitation
