A liquidating trustee for a shuttered Pennsylvania-based ATM enterprise sued the bankrupt founder to block any attempts to discharge debt stemming from hundreds of millions of dollars in allegedly fraudulent transfers.
Daryl Fred Heller, the CEO and founder of the firm that owns Blackford ATM Ventures LLC and related entities, owes nondischargeable sums to the Blackford bankruptcy estate for “willfully, maliciously and deliberately” using the companies to defraud creditors and enrich himself, Chapter 7 trustee Claudia Z. Springer said in a complaint filed Wednesday in the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.
