Alyssa Simon joined A&O Shearman as a partner in its US debt finance practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.
Her practice focuses on high-yield bond transactions used by private equity-backed issuers in complex domestic and cross-border acquisition financing, the firm said.
She advises on syndicated and private credit financings as well as distressed situations with high yield covenants, A&O Shearman said.
