Parisa Clovis joins A&O Shearman as a global debt finance practice partner in London, the firm said Monday.
Clovis will enhance the firm’s capabilities across the full suite of fund financing products and markets and add borrower-side leadership and depth to its fund financing practice, according to the firm.
She will lead on sponsor side fund finance in Europe, according to the firm.
She joins from Kirkland & Ellis.
