Major tech companies are ramping up their lobbying in New York this year, seeking more influence over state lawmakers who want to place safeguards on AI.
A handful of Big Tech entities have increased their advocacy spending on AI policy since 2023, according to data from the New York Commission of Ethics and Lobbying in Government.
