Congress to Decree Fate of Pentagon Push to Buy Commercial Tech

The impending release of Congress’ compromise annual defense policy authorization will answer burning questions on the US national security apparatus’s push to buy commercial tech, let troops fix their own equipment, and spend $32 billion more than President Donald Trump requested.
