Intraparty Fights Consume House as Members Air Dirty Laundry (1)

The week’s second intraparty feud died on the floor Wednesday night as the House voted 310-103 to block a vote kicking Republican Rep. Cory Mills off his committees.

Leading Democrats, including Reps. Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) were among the 106 Democratic lawmakers, joined by 204 Republians, who voted to refer the censure to the Ethics Committee. The panel announced earlier that it would start an investigation into Mills.
