Senate GOP Open to Splitting DHS Funding

Senate Republicans are growing increasingly open to funding most agencies long-term with the exception of Homeland Security, opening a possible bipartisan path toward funding the government as the Jan. 30 deadline draws near.

That path however, might not avoid a partial shutdown.
