Zelenskiy Asks Trump for More Arms to Force Putin to End the War

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy called on US President Donald Trump to send more weapons for his military to put it in a better position to force Russian President Vladimir Putin to end the war.

“Putin is only afraid of Trump,” Zelenskiy said in an interview with France 2 television from Kyiv, speaking through a French interpreter. “President Trump knows that there is one way to exert pressure: through the economy, with sanctions, and by weapons that he can transfer to us if he doesn’t want to engage directly the US army.”
