Legal employers are on track to increase existing programs and continue hiring staff dedicated to well-being, according to data from Bloomberg Law.
Organizations will also take steps to improve the work environment overall—as opposed to programs that focus on what individuals can do for their well-being—with initiatives like leaders as well-being champions and by implementing outside counsel well-being guidelines.
