Many legal organizations have tightened their return-to-office (RTO) policies in the past few years, yet the majority of attorneys are satisfied with their work arrangements and their jobs, according to new data from Bloomberg Law.
Of the more than 900 attorney respondents to Bloomberg Law’s most recent Workload & Hours survey, 29% said that they work full-time in the office, 32% have a 3–4 days a week in-office requirement, 16% have a 1–2 days a week in-office requirement, and 16% reported being full-time remote.
