Keith K. Grissom has joined Armstrong Teasdale as a partner in the St. Louis office, the firm said Tuesday.
Grissom centers his practice on tax and estate planning, closely held business succession planning, and asset protection, according to Armstrong Teasdale.
He counsels clients on tax matters including addressing income, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax issues related to estate planning and trust administration, said the firm.
