Car manufacturer FCA US LLC, now doing business as Stellantis NV, convinced the Third Circuit that a lower court properly dismissed a proposed consumer class action alleging it overcharged destination costs to dealers.
The consumers didn’t allege such charges were deceptive or unfair, the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit said Friday, affirming the lower court’s dismissal. FCA is the maker of Fiat, Chrysler, and Dodge vehicles, among other brands.
