Fenwick Poaches Gunderson Venture Capital Partner in Boston

Fenwick LLP hired David Horne as a corporate partner in Boston, the firm announced Wednesday.

Horne, who joins from Gunderson Dettmer, advises high-growth companies and investors on corporate legal strategy, including venture financings, M&A, and public offerings. He brings more than a decade of experience guiding founders, startups, and venture capital firms through complex transactions and strategic milestones, the firm said.
