Honigman Recruits Richard Catalano as Venture Capital Partner

Richard Catalano joined Honigman as a partner in its transactions and counseling practice group and corporate department in Chicago, the firm announced Monday.

Catalano’s clients include global institutional investors, tax-exempt entities, start-ups, hedge funds, family offices, and private equity and venture capital firms, the firm said. He advises on equity financing rounds, mergers and acquisitions, and other commercial agreements, including licensing, NFT collaborations, technology sourcing, blockchain network, manufacturing and supply, and marketing agreements.

He joins from Ballard Spahr.
