Kymera Names Adams Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Secretary

Kymera Therapeutics Inc., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, said Wednesday that it had appointed Brian Adams as chief legal officer and corporate secretary.

Adams has nearly two decades of leadership experience in the life sciences industry, spanning corporate development, strategic planning, and governance, Kymera said. He will lead the company’s legal, governance, and intellectual property functions, succeeding Ellen Chiniara, who is retiring.

Adams previously served in key legal roles at Relay Therapeutics Inc., Keryx Biopharmaceuticals Inc, Algeta ASA, AVEO Oncology, and Genzyme Corp. He holds a BA from Harvard University and a JD from the Catholic University of America’s Columbus School ...
