LegalZoom chief legal officer Nicole Miller received a $14.8 million payday in 2024, the company disclosed.
The compensation package consists primarily of $14.1 million in stock, on top of Miller’s $443,000 salary and $278,000 in incentive pay, the online legal technology and services company said Tuesday in a proxy filing.
Miller’s 2024 compensation represented a big bump in pay in her first year as chief legal officer, a role she rose to in March last year. She was executive vice president and general counsel from June 2020 to March 2024.
