Daniel Bubar joined McGuireWoods as a partner in its government investigations and white collar litigation practice in Raleigh and Richmond, the firm announced Wednesday.
Bubar joins from US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of North Carolina and previously worked as a federal prosecutor in Virginia. He has directed investigations involving national security, healthcare fraud, and white collar offenses, and managed districtwide initiatives that drove significant public safety gains, the firm said.
