Paul Weiss Employs Investment Funds Partner Sadler in London

Nathalie Sadler joined Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison as a partner in its investment funds group in London, the firm announced Wednesday.

Sadler advises on the structuring, establishment and management of private investment funds across a variety of asset classes and jurisdictions. She counsels fund managers on management and advisory matters, including the structuring and launch of global employee co-investment programs and the implementation of carried interest and other incentive arrangements, the firm said.

She joins from Dechert LLP, according to her LinkedIn profile.
