Sullivan & Cromwell’s M&A Partner Parnes Moved to Davis Polk

Lee Parnes, a mergers and acquisitions partner at Sullivan & Cromwell, has moved over to Davis Polk, according to the latter firm’s website.

Parnes “advises corporate and private equity clients in a broad range of transactional matters, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, spinoffs, investments and carve-outs,” Davis Polks said on its website profile of the attorney.

Davis Polk and Sullivan & Cromwell did not respond to requests for comment.

A partner at Sullivan & Cromwell starting in 2024, Parnes’ work included several large deals, including Boeing Co.’s $4.7 billion deal to buy Spirit AeroSystems Holdings Inc. ...
