The resolution of a five-year antitrust battle between Epic Games and Apple could partially hinge on a recent US Supreme Court ruling limiting the power of universal injunctions, if the tech giant has its way.
The iPhone-maker cited the Trump v. CASA case when it asked the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit at a Tuesday hearing to toss an injunction preventing Apple from charging commissions on digital sales transactions outside the App Store.
