Daniel Laguardia and Patrick Hein joined Paul Hastings as securities litigation partners in San Francisco, the firm announced Monday.
Laguardia, who will serve as co-chair of securities litigation, represents individuals, corporations and financial institutions. Hein focuses on matters ranging from bet-the-company civil cases to white collar investigations, the firm said.
They join from A&O Shearman.
