TikTok is the second company to settle a youth social media addiction suit, as the trial against several tech giants gets underway in Los Angeles, Maia Spoto and Madlin Mekelburg report.
The company reached an agreement in principle yesterday with the plaintiff in the state court case, who is known by her initials K.G.M. This comes about a week after Snap settled in the same suit. (Both deals’ details are confidential.)
