The White House National Energy Dominance Council is “working with” Sable Offshore, which has been trying to restart production at its drilling rigs off the California coast, the council’s executive director said on Thursday.
- “We’re continuing to talk to them about what is possible there,” Jarrod Agen said at an event held by Foundation for Defense of Democracies
- Agen said the council previously helped Sable with some permitting issues and is “working with them” amid opposition from state of California
