Hinshaw Adds McGlinchey Consumer Finance Team in DC, Florida

Megan Ben’Ary, Alexander Green, and Joseph Apatov joined Hinshaw & Culbertson as partners in its consumer financial services group, the firm announced Tuesday. Ben’Ary and Green joined the Washington, DC office, while Apatov joined in Fort Lauderdale.

Ben’Ary advises clients facing individual and class action litigation as well as claims in arbitration, defending matters involving the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, unfair and deceptive trade practices statutes, and state and federal privacy laws.
