Argentina Gazettes Resolution Updating Salary Income Thresholds for Monthly Social Security Contributions

The Argentine Official Gazette Nov. 5 published General Resolution No. 338/2025, updating the salary thresholds for calculating monthly social security contributions, from November 2025. The resolution includes measures: 1) setting the minimum guaranteed pension at approximately 333,085 Argentine pesos (US$228); 2) setting the maximum salary threshold at approximately 2.2 million pesos (US$1,511); and 3) establishing the minimum and maximum taxable bases at approximately 112,183 pesos (US$77) and approximately 3.6 million pesos (US$2,473), respectively.
