Centri Consulting Adds BDO’s Petillo as Tax Advisory Leader

Rich Petillo joined Centri as partner and tax advisory practice leader, the firm announced Monday.

Petillo specializes in complex tax provision matters, including annual and quarterly income tax accounting, valuation allowance assessments, uncertain tax position analyses, and global effective tax rate management.

He has served clients across diverse industries, including technology, life sciences, software, manufacturing, and professional services, the firm said.

He joins from BDO, where he most recently was a tax principal.
