Florida DOR Issues Negotiated Rulemaking on Governmental Exemptions

The Florida Department of Revenue (DOR) is proposing to amend Rule 12D-7.016 concerning governmental exemptions to align with the Federal Aviation Administration’s updated definition of “fixed-base operator.” A rule development workshop is scheduled for Sept. 23, if requested and not deemed unnecessary.
