David Gillespie has joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder with the energy and natural resources practice in New York, according to the firm.
Gillespie has experience with tax law involving renewable power, energy transition, and infrastructure, including tax-equity financings, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and leasing, according to Greenberg Traurig.
He served as a partner at Winston & Strawn.
