A panel of experts in India plan to publish a discussion paper on crypto policy in the next two months, Secretary of the Department of Economic Affairs Ajay Seth said in an interview.
- Convened in March, the panel considered papers published last year by the G20 as well as jointly by the International Monetary Fund and Financial Stability Board
- It aimed to gauge whether those papers’ cryptoasset policy roadmaps were applicable to the Indian economy
