The Indiana Department of Revenue (DOR) released its 2026 Legislative Synopsis summarizing tax legislation enacted by the 2026 General Assembly. The updates include the phase out of pennies in cash transactions and requiring rounding of state and local taxes to the nearest $0.05 under specified rules.
