Lendlease Reviewing KPMG Contract Amid Misconduct Allegations

Multinational property developer Lendlease Corp. is reconsidering its long-standing relationship with Big Four accounting firm KPMG Australia amid the fallout from a whistleblower’s misconduct allegations.

Lendlease will review its audit services after it’s completed its financial reporting for the fiscal year that ends July 1, it said Monday by email, adding that it was “not appropriate to make a change in auditors this close to financial year-end.”
