Liechtenstein MOF Seeks Comments on Draft Amendments to Various Tax Laws

The Liechtenstein Ministry for General Government Affairs and Finance March 27 opened a consultation on draft amendments to various tax laws. The draft amendments include: 1) a proposal to limit the dedication tax to situations where the benefits can’t be determined in terms of value when assets are contributed to an asset structure, for wealth and acquisition tax, and that the cold progression should be offset with a 3 percent increase in inflation, with a focus on adjustments that have occurred since January 1, 2011; 2) a proposal to remove the special regulation regarding property gains determination in exchange transactions ...
